Initiation of litigation proceedings in European patents with a designation for the Slovak Republic
After the translation of the claims of the published European patent application or European patent with the designation for the Slovak Republic into Slovak language and the announcement of this disclosure as well as of the grant of the European patent in the Journal of the Office is made available, it is possible to initiate litigation proceedings by means of the electronic forms "Request for Determination" and "Petition for Revocation of the Patent."
