Public declarations
Service by public notice is regulated by Section 26 of Act 71/1967 (PDF, 122,9 kB) Coll. on Administrative Proceedings (Administrative Procedure Code), as amended.
This form of service shall be used where the parties to the proceedings or their whereabouts are unknown or where a special legal provision so provides.
Pursuant to that provision, the document shall be posted for 15 days on the official notice board of the administrative authority. The last day of that period shall be the date of service. In addition, the administrative authority shall publish the document on its website.
