Initiating international trade mark litigation

In the case of objections against the granting of protection to an international trademark for the territory of the Slovak Republic, the service enables the initiation of litigation proceedings already during the procedure for granting protection to an international trademark. Subsequently, it is possible to initiate litigation proceedings on the basis of a petition for revocation or a petition for declaration of invalidity of the international trade mark in the territory of the Slovak Republic.
