Initiating patent litigation proceedings

Litigation proceedings can only be initiated after the issuance of the patent deed, i.e. after the grant of the patent. Any legal or natural person can initiate litigation proceedings by means of the electronic form "Request for revocation of a patent". At the same time, a request for determination may be filed by the proprietor himself or by third parties using the electronic form 'Request for Determination'.
