Initiating trade mark litigation

In the case of objections to the registration of a published sign in the trade mark register, the service enables the initiation of litigation proceedings already during the trade mark application procedure. After the registration of the trade mark in the register, it is possible to initiate litigation proceedings on the basis of an application for revocation or an application for a declaration of invalidity of the trade mark.
