Abstract
In this case, the office concluded that likelihood of confusion according Article 7(a) 2 Act No 506/2009 Coll. on Trade Marks exists due to the similar overall impression of the signs ELIT versus ELIT and the insignificant visual impact of their differences as determining factors in the case when identity in a common element with a low degree of distinctiveness does not usually lead to a likelihood of confusion.
