Warning: Unofficial Registration Services
Certain private companies have been offering to the IP holders their registrations, publishing or recording in various internet databases for a fee.
The Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic warns the IP holders that these activities do not relate to the Office’s proceedings, to the official Registers and there is no obligation to pay any fee for these services. Ignoring their services have absolutely no legal effect in regard to the protection of the IP rights.
