Electronic filing
Electronic filing is a fast and secure way of submitting applications for industrial property rights and subsequent documents through the Internet.
At present, there are four e-systems available for the users. We advise them to familiarize with the features each option offers before selecting and using the system to avoid potential problems and misunderstandings.

- e-filing is possible to be signed by electronic signature/guaranteed electronic signature
- for e-filing is possible to apply the fee reduction pursuant to the Article 6 of the Act No 145/1995 Coll. on Administration Fees as amended
- Electronic Forms Module
- e-filing is possible to be signed by electronic signature/guaranteed electronic signature
