Abstract
The author briefly describes the system of industrial property rights, competencies of the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic and also deals with subject-matter jurisdiction in industrial property cases in civil and administrative court proceedings bearing in mind the draft of the judicial reform in the Slovak Republic.
