Slovak Republic joins the Common Call Centre Tool
Slovak Republic has become the seventh national office to implement Common Call Centre tool. Slovak Republic joins Belgium, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Malta and Slovenia in the implementation. Four national offices are set to implement the project this year, with further intents to implement also indicated. The Common Call Centre Tool, a part of OHIM´s Cooperation Fund, provides a common knowledge database that contains tailor-made and legally validated answers to the most FAQ related to Trademarks, Designs and Community TMs and DSs. Thus, the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak republic will be able to increase their support informative activities and, likewise, its clients will benefit from consistent, professional and comprehensive support. This tool will make information exchange faster and more accurate.
