OHIM prepares for a new web and e-filing: Business-friendly trade mark and design protection in the European Union
The Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market will shortly release a new website with enhanced functionalities and a focus on users. It is the biggest change to the European Union´s trade marks and designs office online presence in several years.
The new website will be available in 23 languages and is also accessible via smart phone and tablets. The site is firmly aimed at business, by providing clear and practical information on how to register, and the benefits that registration can offer.
OHIM´s new e-filing system will introduce completely fresh navigation and filing features, including Taxonomy, as well as new options for users requiring advanced functionalities, and a wizard for first-time users, providing guidance on the e-filing process.
For more information on the benefits of the new e-filing, OHIM's Academy is organising a live webinar on 27 November at 14:00h CET. The webinar will be open to all interested users and accessible through this link:
